How do I register as a member? 

Registration is required to purchase a distribution Pay-Per-View Ticket and watch a video distribution. 
If you already have a PIA member ID PIA member ID, you can register as a member using your Pia member ID.


Those who do not have a PIA member ID

1. On the new member registration page, enter your email address to use as your account name. 
A verification code will be sent to the email address you entered.
2. Enter the verification code sent to the email address you entered.
3. Enter your login password, country of residence, etc.
4. Your registration is complete. 


Those who already have a PIA member ID

1. On the new member registration page, select "Register with your PIA member ID". 
2.Transition to the login page of Ticket PIA. Please log in with your PIA member ID.
3. Enter your login password, country of residence, etc.

Do Ticket PIA members need to register as members?

Ticket PIA members also need to register as new members on this site.
You can register as a member using your PIA member ID (email address).
Please register by pressing the blue "Register with PIA member ID" button from the new member registration page.

How do I change my email address?

Please follow the steps below to change your email address.

1. Please log in.
2. Select "Account" > "Member Information Management" from the site menu.
3. Enter your password and press the "Change" button in Member Information > Email Address.
4. Enter the email address you want to change and press the "Send verification code" button.
5. Enter the verification code sent to the email address you entered, and press the "Change" button.
6. The e-mail address change completion screen will appear and you are done.

How do I change my password?

Please change your password by following the steps below.

1. Please log in.
2. Select "Account" > "Member Information Management" from the site menu.
3. Enter your password and press the "Change" button in Member Information > Password.
4. Enter your current password and new password, and click the "Change" button.
5. The password change completion screen will appear and you are done.

I forgot my password.

You can reset your password from "Forgot your password?" on the login page.
Please follow the steps below to reset your password.

1. Please enter your registered email address and press the "Send" button.
2. An email with a password reset URL will be sent to the email address you entered.
3. Click the URL in the email.
4. Enter your new password and press the "Change" button.
5. The password reset completion screen will appear and you are done.

How do I log in with my Ticket PIA member ID (email address)?

You can easily log in to the PIA LIVE STREAM site by linking your PIA member ID (email address).


Before PIA LIVE STREAM member registration

Click the "Register with PIA member ID" button to register. 
Once you have registered, you can use this site by pressing the "Login with PIA member ID" button when logging in and logging in to Ticket PIA.


Registered PIA LIVE STREAM members

After logging in, you can link with your PIA member ID from the site menu "Account" > "Member information management".
Create the link by pressing the "link" button of the PIA member ID and logging in to Ticket PIA. 
Once linked, you can use this site by pressing the "Login with PIA member ID" button when logging in and logging in to Ticket PIA.

* Linking of PIA member ID can be canceled by selecting "Account" > "Member information management" in the site menu after logging in.
* You can continue to use this site if you have already linked with your PIA member ID, even if you have canceled your PIA membership.

What email address formats do you support?

The email address must contain half-width alphanumeric characters, up to 128 digits, only one @ character, and meet the following conditions.


Account part (before @)

starts with an alphanumeric
Does not contain symbols other than _ (underscore)/(slash).(dot)-(hyphen)


Domain part (after @)

Contain at least one . (dot)
Does not contain symbols other than / (slash).(dot)-(hyphen)
. (dot) is not consecutive
First character is alphanumeric
Last character is alphabetic

What kind of payment method are there?

You can pay by credit card, 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart.
Available payment method vary depending on the performance, so please check the purchase page before purchasing the Pay-Per-View Ticket.
*If you live outside of Japan, you can pay by credit card or PayPal.

What types of payment methods are available at convenience stores?

7-ELEVEN payment


After completing your purchase, please pay at a 7-ELEVEN store cashier by the payment deadline. 
Please check the payment deadline from "Account" > "Purchase History" on the site menu. If the payment deadline has passed, the application will become invalid.
When paying at 7-ELEVEN, a "Payment slip number (13 digits)"is required.
Payment at 7-ELEVEN is available 24 hours a day.
7-ELEVEN payment may not be available for some performance dates and sales methods. Please check the available payment methods on the purchase page before purchasing a Pay-Per-View Ticket. 


Payment Method

1. When purchasing, select "7-Eleven" as payment method and purchase Pay-Per-View Ticket.
2. Check Payment due date and payment slip number (13 digits) on the purchase completion screen or in "Purchase History".
3. Complete the payment procedure at a 7-Eleven store by Payment due date. When paying, print out the payment slip or write down the payment slip number (13 digits) and pay the amount at the store's cash register.

*You can check your "payment slip number (13 digits)" and print out the "payment slip" from "Purchase History".
* Settlement fee of 330 yen will be charged for each purchase. The fee will be included in the price you pay at the time of purchase.
*Payment will be made at 7-Eleven cash register. Multi-copy machines will not be used.
*If you tell the store clerk that you are purchasing online, the process will go more smoothly.
*Payment can be made in cash or with nanaco (no points will be awarded).

FamilyMart payment


After completing the purchase, please pay the price at the FamilyMart store by the payment deadline.
Please check the payment deadline from "Account" > "Purchase History" on the site menu. Once the payment deadline is passed, the application will become invalid. 
When paying at FamilyMart, a "Company code (5 digits)", "Order number (12 digits)" is required.
Payment can be made at FamilyMart stores nationwide (only stores with multi-function copiers). 
Payment is not possible from 1:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. every Tuesday and Wednesday due to system maintenance.
FamilyMart payment may not be available for some performance dates and sales methods. Please check the available payment methods on the purchase page before purchasing the Pay-Per-View Ticket. 


Payment Method

1. Select "FamilyMart" as the payment method at the time of purchase when purchasing a Pay-Per-View Ticket. 
2. Check the payment deadline, company code (5 digits), and order number (12 digits) on the purchase completion screen or "Purchase History".
3. Complete the payment procedure at a FamilyMart store by the payment deadline. Please make a note of the company code (5 digits) and order number (12 digits) and use the multi-function copy machine installed in the store. 
After completing the procedure, hand over the application ticket output from the multi-function copy machine at the cash register within 30 minutes and pay for the ticket(s). 

 

How to operate the multi-function copier 

1. Select "Payment/Charge" from the top menu of the multi-function copier. 
2. Select "Next".
3. Select "Enter number".
4. Enter the "company code (5 digits)" as the first number.
5. Enter your "order number (12 digits)" as the second number.
6. After confirming the precautions, select "Agree and proceed".
7. Select "Confirm" after confirming the payment details and method.
8. The M copy service application ticket(s) will be issued from the multi-function copy machine. 
9. Please bring your "M copy service application ticket" and pay at the cash register by the payment expiration date.
* After paying at the cash register, please be sure to keep your receipt. 


*You can check your "Company Code" and "Order Number" from "Purchase History".
* Settlement fee of 330 yen will be charged for each purchase. The fee will be included in the price you pay at the time of purchase.
*Payment methods include cash, T-Money, various credit cards (VISA/MasterCard/JCB/AMERICAN EXPRESS/Diners Club/DISCOVER/UnionPay/Shinhan), and various barcode payments. Please check FamilyMart website for the types of barcode payments that can be used.

What is the deadline for payment at a convenience store? 

Payment must be made by Payment due date. Please note that your application will become invalid after the deadline.
You can check Payment due date in the "Purchase completion email" and "Purchase history".
Re-purchase of the same performance cannot be processed for 1 hour after Payment due date.

Please check from the site menu "Account" > "Purchase History" after logging in.
(You cannot check from the purchase history in Ticket PIA.)

Can I cancel or change a purchased ticket?

Purchased tickets cannot be canceled or changed.

Convenience store payment (7-Eleven, FamilyMart)


The receipt given to you at the time of payment can be used as an official receipt.
*If you are a customer who paid at FamilyMart and received a receipt at the store and would like to have your address written, please have the receipt ready and ask the store clerk.

・If you paid at 7-Eleven and received a receipt at the store, and would like a receipt in your corporate name

*Please fill in each item and write "PIA LIVE STREAM receipt issuance request" in the subject line before submitting.
*Please enter the "Inquiry ID" provided to you at the time of purchase in the "Question" field.

[Notes on issuing receipts]
・The receipt will be sent in PDF format to the email address you entered when making your inquiry.
・We do not ship paper copies. We also do not affix revenue stamps. Thank you for your understanding.
・Receipts requested via the inquiry form will take approximately four weeks to be issued.
Please note that in some cases, the delivery date may be delayed or advanced.
・A receipt will be issued for the total amount of the ticket price paid only.
If you would like to be issued with the combined amount of multiple applications, please write "Combined application request."
・The date on the receipt will be the purchase date (payment completion date). Please note that we cannot issue receipts on any other date.
・The only exception is the ticket price.
・Please request the issuance of a receipt from the purchaser themselves.
Please note that we cannot accept requests made on behalf of others.
・Please note that we may refuse to issue a receipt if we are unable to confirm your purchase or if the details you provide differ from the details of your purchase.

PayPal payment


The receipt issued by PayPal will be your receipt. You can view your receipt by clicking View Printable Receipt on the PayPal payment completion page.
Alternatively, check the content of the email sent from PayPal after the payment is processed, or from [Recent Transactions] or [Transactions] at the top of the screen.
Please check the corresponding item and see "Details". You can use them as a substitute for receipts.

You can also use the statement issued by your credit card company as a receipt.
Please note that PIA LIVE STREAM cannot issue receipts for payments made with PayPal.

How can I watch the video?

You can view a video either from the Streaming URL or by going to "Available Videos" from the site menu. 

Watch from the Streaming URL

1. Click the Streaming URL in the purchase completion email.
*If you purchase at a convenience store, the Streaming URL will be included in the payment completion email.
2. Delivery will start when START is displayed. 
If START is not displayed, please wait for a while until the streaming starts. 


Watch from the site menu "Available Videos"

1. After logging in, select "Available Videos" from the site menu.
2. When the OPEN is displayed, click the "Watch" button. 
*The "Please wait until the OPEN" button is displayed and cannot be clicked until OPEN is displayed. 
If you want to check the viewing page before the OPEN, please check from the Streaming URL provided in the purchase completion email.
* Available Videos are also displayed on the TOP page after logging in.

Where can I check the Streaming URL?

For credit card/PayPal customers, the Streaming URL will be included in the purchase completion notification email.
For customers who pay at a 7-ELEVEN or FamilyMart, after completing the payment at the store, the Streaming URL will be included in the payment completion notification email. 

I lost the purchase completion email and do not know the Streaming URL.

After logging in, you can also watch from the site menu "Available Videos watch". "Available Videos" are also displayed on the top page after logging in.
Please click the "Watch" button when OPEN is displayed. 
*The "Please wait until the OPEN" button is displayed and cannot be clicked until the OPEN.

I go to the watch page, but the video doesn't play. (Video cut off in the middle)

Please check if any of the following has occurred. 


Are there any problems with your communication environment? 

Even with the recommended environment, many of the viewing trouble inquiries such as being unable to view the video or the video being interrupted are problems that depend on the customer's viewing environment. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the communication environment once again.
If you want to check if there is a problem with your communication environment, search for "Internet speed test" on the Internet to perform a line speed test. * This is an external site that does not belong to us. 
If the download speed test result is 10Mbps or higher, there is no problem with the communication environment. If there is a problem with the communication environment, the video may be interrupted during playback. Before watching, be sure that you have set up a communication environment suitable for watching videos. 

Are you ready for the START?

Viewing is not possible before START is displayed. 

Are there any mistakes in the performance date and start START?

In the case of multiple performances, the performance date and time may be incorrectly recognized.
Please check the START date and start time once again.

As stated in the notes at the time of purchase, we are not responsible for any viewing problems caused by the customer's Internet environment. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I connect to TV and watch?

You can connect your smartphone or computer to a TV with an HDMI cable or conversion adapter, or you can watch it on a TV by mirroring using Wi-Fi, etc., but it may not be possible depending on the device, cable, line, etc. being used. Please note that currently, we do not guarantee any operation with this service when viewing video output to a TV screen. 

Is there an archive? 

Regarding the availability of an archive, please check information such as "About the performance" and "NOTICE" on the performance page.
In addition, performances with "LIVE & Archive" listed below the delivery date and performance title on the performance page will be archived performances.

Do I need to be logged in to watch?

If you access from the Streaming URL in the email, you do not need to log in.
However, for video distributions where the chat function can be used, you need to log in to view and comment on the chat.

Can I record, record, or shoot the distributed video?

Filming and recording with smartphones and digital cameras are strictly prohibited.
If such acts are discovered and the organizer deems it necessary, we may ask for the cooperation of investigative authorities, such as reporting to the police.
Please observe manners when enjoying the videos. 

"The number of simultaneous viewing has reached the upper limit." is displayed and playback is not possible.

Video distribution cannot be played simultaneously on multiple devices and browsers.
This error will be displayed if you connect to the viewing page from multiple devices/browsers at the same time.
If the viewing page is open on a different device, browser, or tab, please close all of them and access the viewing page again from the device you want to watch.
If it does not improve, please close all browsers and tabs on the device you are viewing, restart the viewing device, and try accessing the viewing page again.

Recommended Environment / Operation Confirmation

Please tell me the recommended environment.

It varies depending on the distribution platform of the performance you purchased.
The distribution platform for the performance (ULIZA, Vimeo, etc.) is listed on the "Notes" page after pressing the purchase button.
Please be sure to check the recommended environment before purchasing, and check the operation before purchasing.

Refund

What is the procedure for requesting a refund? 

Please follow the steps below to request a refund. 
After the refund procedure, you will not be able to watch the video.

* It is necessary to register bank account in advance from "Account" > "Member Information Management" on the site menu.
*Only those who have a bank bank account in Japan can select refund from bank account.


<STEP 1. Register a bank account for receiving a refund >


1. After logging in, open the site menu "Account" > "Member Information Management".
2. Click the "Register" button in Payment/ bank account Information > Refund bank account.
3. On the "Registration of withdrawal bank account name" screen, enter the name of the withdrawal bank account holder and press the "Proceed" button.
4. On the "Enter receipt information" screen, enter the financial institution name, branch name, bank account type, bank account number, and bank account name (kana), and press the "Confirm input" button.
5. On the "Receipt Information" screen, check the receipt information, and if there are no mistakes, press the "Register" button.
6. The message "Registration of receipt information has been completed" will be displayed, and registration is complete. 
7. Press the "Back" button to return to the member information management page. Settlement/ bank account Information > Withdrawal bank account will be set to "Set" status.
*It may take some time for the status to be reflected.

<STEP2.


1. After logging in, open the site menu "Account" > "Purchase History".
2. Press the "bank account refund procedure" button on the Pay-Per-View Ticket to be refunded.
3. The "Refund application" screen will open. Please check the precautions and press the "Refund" button.
4. If the procedure is successful, the screen will switch to the "Refund procedure completed" screen after a few seconds.
5. When you close the screen with the "Close" button, "bank account refund has been processed" will be displayed, and the procedure date and refund amount will be displayed, and the procedure is complete.

*The money will be transferred to the designated bank account in about a week after completing the procedure.
* When the transfer is complete, the message "The transfer to the bank account has been completed. Please check the details of the refund bank account." will be displayed in the purchase history.

* Only those who live outside of Japan can choose this option. 

1. After logging in, open the site menu "Account" > "Purchase History".
2. Press the "Paypal refund procedure" button on the Pay-Per-View Ticket to be refunded.
3. The "Refund application" screen will open. Please check the precautions and press the "Refund" button.
4. The PayPal login page will pop up. Please log in. 
5. If you log in and the procedure is successful, the popup will close and after a few seconds the screen will switch to the "Refund procedure completed" screen.
6. When you close the screen with the "Close" button, "PayPal refund completed" will be displayed, the date of the refund and the refund amount will be displayed, indicating that the procedure is complete.

*The money will be sent to your PayPal account immediately or within a few days. Remittance timing depends on the status of your account.
*When the remittance is complete, the message "The remittance to your PayPal account has been completed. Please log in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment." will be displayed in your purchase history.

I want to change my bank account information.

Please follow the steps below to change your bank account information.

1. After logging in, open the site menu "Account" > "Member Information Management".
2. Please press the "Change" button in Payment/ bank account Information > Refund bank account.
3. On the "Registration of withdrawal bank account name" screen, enter the name of the withdrawal bank account holder and press the "Proceed" button.
4. On the "Receipt Information" screen, press the "Change" button.
5. On the "Enter receipt information" screen, change any of the financial institution name, branch name, bank account type, bank account number, or bank account name (kana), and press the "Confirm input" button.
6. On the "Receipt Information" screen, check the receipt information, and if there are no mistakes, press the "Register" button.
7. The message "Receipt information has been registered successfully" will be displayed, indicating that the change has been completed.

I received an email stating that the refund process has failed.

Please check and correct the bank account information from "Refund bank account" on the member information management page.
After correcting the bank account information, please press the "Retry bank account refund procedure" button in the purchase history and perform the refund procedure again.

I bought a ticket but didn't watch the video. Can you give me a refund? 

We do not refund or refund the ticket price due to reasons on the customer side.

The refund period has passed, but can I get a refund?

Refunds cannot be made after the refund period has passed.
Please be sure to complete the refund procedure during the refund period. 

Will the handling fee be refunded in the event of a refund?

Refunds are for the ticket price/system fee.
*Depending on the performance, refunds may not be available, or only a portion of the system fee may be refunded.
*Please note that Settlement fee are not eligible for refunds.

Withdrawal

How do I withdraw?

You can unsubscribe by following the steps below.
1. Please log in.
2. Select "Account" > "Member Information Management" from the site menu.
3. Enter your password and press the "Withdraw" button at the bottom of the member information management page.
4. The confirmation screen will appear again, so press the "Withdraw" button.
5. Once the withdrawal procedure has been completed, you will receive a notice of withdrawal completion to your registered email address.
* When you withdraw, if you have a ticket for a performance that you can watch, it will be displayed in a list on the withdrawal confirmation screen. 
*Please note that you will not be able to watch the performance after withdrawing from the membership.

If I cancel my membership, will I be unable to watch purchased videos?

If you cancel your membership, you will not be able to watch the performance even if you have purchased a ticket.
* When you withdraw, if you have a ticket for a performance that you can watch, it will be displayed in a list on the withdrawal confirmation screen. 

Others

Is the time displayed in Japan time?

All times on this site are displayed in Japan Standard Time (JST).

Can non-Japanese residents purchase Pay-Per-View Tickets? 

Some sales can be purchased by people living outside of Japan. Please note that it varies depending on the performance and sales.
After pressing the purchase button, if the message "This Pay-Per-View Ticket cannot be purchased by those living outside Japan" is displayed, the sale will not be available for those living outside Japan.

How can I watch videos purchased on the Ticket PIA site?

Videos purchased at Ticket PIA cannot be viewed on the PIA LIVE STREAM site.
Please collect the Streaming URL from Cloak.
